What you'll do

• Perform general repairs and maintenance
• troubleshoot property features
• assist with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and painting tasks within skill level
• install and assemble property items
• respond to maintenance requests
• conduct inspections
• support seasonal tasks
• use tools and safety equipment
• document work and materials
• communicate with clients, tenants, managers, vendors, and team members
• report unresolved issues.
