What you'll do

• Maintain the community inside and out
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• complete service requests within 24 hours
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and curb appeal
• rotate on-call duties for after-hours and occasional holiday or weekend support
• track commonly used parts and materials
• collaborate with team members and vendors.
