The Sales Floor Merchandising Coordinator role is an onsite position located in Seekonk, MA, with a pay range of $17.25 to $17.75 per hour. This role provides leadership and coordination for merchandising and receiving tasks within the HomeGoods retail environment. This role exists to ensure efficient processing of merchandise and high standards of store presentation. The coordinator trains associates, manages truck deliveries, and ensures the sales floor is properly stocked and organized.

What you'll do

• Orchestrates truck delivery, trains and mentors associates, ensures merchandise is tagged and coded, monitors team productivity, maintains backroom standards, and supports shrink reduction.
