What you'll do

• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation
• provide bathing, dressing, mobility, and incontinence care
• offer companionship and conversation
• provide medication reminders as needed
• document daily activities and client well-being and report changes in condition.
