What you'll do

• Welcome prospective tenants and answer questions
• build relationships with prospective and current tenants
• conduct property tours and present apartment homes, amenities, and community features
• assist with applications and verify documentation
• conduct background and credit screenings in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
• assist with lease negotiations and explain lease terms, rent procedures, and fees
• collaborate with marketing on listings and promotional materials
• maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, and community offerings
• respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
• maintain leasing records and prepare reports.
