What you'll do

• Assist sales representatives with quotes
• create purchase orders
• prepare apparatus invoices and title, warranty, and acceptance documents
• handle customer calls about invoices, titles, and tags
• maintain customer order databases
• manage contract reporting, forecasting, and confirmations
• coordinate pre-builds and inspections
• maintain truck files
• assist with bids and sales documents
• support marketing and social media
• assist with expense reporting and department profitability.
