Millwork Superintendent

The Millwork Superintendent is primarily an onsite field role based in Colorado Springs, CO, with regular jobsite visits. Compensation is $31–$38 per hour, commensurate with experience. The role supports Concepts in Millwork’s Project Management team and coordinates with installation, engineering, and production to deliver quality, on-time, safe projects. The superintendent bridges the shop and job sites by checking site readiness, coordinating schedules and deliveries, resolving field issues, and keeping project information current. This coordination helps ensure custom casework and millwork are installed safely and according to project requirements.

What you'll do

• Build working relationships with general contractors and other trades
• check job-site conditions
• attend project handoffs and meetings
• assess site readiness and delivery access
• identify special delivery equipment needs
• make project-related onsite decisions and coordinate issue resolution
• report project progress
• document field conditions with reports and photos
• perform assigned field measurements
• update the INNERGY ERP system
• maintain an organized, safe work area.

Why this role

Full-time day shift with overtime as needed. Must be able to visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, surrounding areas, and/or nationwide when needed. Previous millwork experience, field measurements, and shop drawings are preferred.
