What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
• support community, social, recreational, and vocational participation
• use positive behavior support strategies
• monitor and report health changes
• maintain accurate records
• support safety and emergency response
• advocate for clients’ rights and needs
• and participate in ongoing training.
