Fitness Sales and Front Desk Associate, Second Shift

The Fitness Sales and Front Desk Associate role is onsite in Jacksonville, AL. Pay is $10–$12 per hour plus uncapped commission on membership sales. The role supports Workout Anytime’s gym sales, member service, and facility standards. The associate follows up with prospective members, sells memberships and facility offerings, maintains gym cleanliness and supplies, and handles customer transactions. What you'll do

• Make at least 10 outbound calls daily to book appointments
• manage leads in GymSales
• present the sauna, tanning, and massage chair offerings
• check the gym floor hourly and keep supplies stocked and equipment clean
• follow daily cleaning and maintenance schedules
• report maintenance, cleaning, or member issues to management
• handle customer transactions and open or close the register accurately.
