What you'll do

• Assist in developing and executing customer experience strategies
• analyze feedback and implement satisfaction initiatives
• manage the Voice of the Donor team
• coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and retention
• maintain volunteer and community partner relationships
• organize volunteer activities and events
• oversee the Commit for Life Volunteer Ambassador program
• supervise customer experience staff, volunteer coordinator, and volunteers
• review donor feedback and call logs
• track response metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
