What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, employee training, and staffing
• participate in interviewing and hiring
• plan work schedules and assign duties
• coordinate and supervise sales, promotions, merchandise displays, and inventory
• reconcile cash and sales receipts and prepare transaction records
• ensure compliance with security, sales, recordkeeping, safety, and control procedures
• resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• secure the store
• assist in supervising 3–5 employees.
