Deposit Product Manager

This position develops and manages deposit products, using member feedback, operational data, market research, and performance reporting to identify improvements. It leads cross-functional work to improve product performance, member journeys, application processes, and deposit growth.

What you'll do

• Develop, enhance, implement, and manage deposit products
• conduct member, market, and competitive research
• analyze feedback, NPS, surveys, complaints, operational metrics, and AI-generated insights
• develop product concepts, business cases, requirements, and roadmaps
• lead cross-functional improvements
• partner with Finance and the Deposit Product Analyst on performance, pricing, profitability, and growth
• support compliant implementation, onboarding, sales enablement, training, and performance reporting
• manage product P&L and profitability.
