Activities Director — Assisted Living

The Activities Director — Assisted Living role is onsite in Corinth, Mississippi. Compensation is $12–$14 per hour. The director plans and promotes daily activities and ensures residents who do not attend group events receive individual engagement. Documentation and regular communication with management help track participation and support residents' social interaction.

What you'll do

• Promote resident participation and community vibrancy
• provide at least 20 minutes of daily one-on-one engagement for residents unable to attend group activities
• encourage attendance and maintain activity attendance sheets
• document individual engagement for residents who do not attend
• discuss resident engagement with management weekly
• create a monthly activity calendar with two activities per day, morning and afternoon.
