What you'll do

• Manage assigned trading partner relationships
• lead regular meetings and business reviews
• present data-driven insights and growth recommendations
• translate partner needs into technical and operational solutions
• identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• coordinate with Product and internal teams
• oversee partner issue resolution
• represent partner feedback internally
• develop scalable engagement tools and processes
• support onboarding
• maintain partner accounts and documentation in Salesforce
• expand the partner knowledge base.
