What you'll do
- Manage recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance
- recruit for provider, clinical, administrative, and operational positions
- develop sourcing strategies
- partner with hiring managers and leadership
- review resumes, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- communicate with candidates
- maintain pipelines and recruitment records
- track activity and outcomes
- support reporting, position control, and time-to-fill efforts
- represent TFHC at recruiting events
- maintain HRIS and applicant tracking system information
- assist with job descriptions and recruitment materials
- align practices with policies and employment requirements.

Why this role
Bachelor’s degree required; at least four years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment required. Healthcare recruitment, nonprofit experience, PHR or SHRM-CP certification, and ADP experience are preferred.
