What you'll do

• Supervise daily stewarding operations and kitchen support staff
• coach and train associates
• assist with scheduling and assignments
• maintain standards for handling and cleaning wares
• oversee dishwashing, sanitation, storage, and supply levels
• conduct inventories and monitor equipment
• ensure compliance with health, food safety, and property procedures
• support culinary and banquet operations
• assist with opening, closing, and operational checklists.
