What you'll do

• Drive sales and execute quarterly sales plans
• spend approximately 90% of time in-store and 10% building community connections
• maintain operational and visual merchandising standards
• build customer relationships and address customer needs
• coach, develop, recruit, and hire team members
• schedule leathercrafting classes
• teach employees and customers leathercrafting techniques
• maintain knowledge of Tandy products.
