Medication Aide – First Shift

Job overview

The Medication Aide – First Shift role is onsite in Waverly, Minnesota. Pay is $19–$22 per hour, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EOSIS provides behavioral health and addiction recovery services through treatment centers in Minnesota. Under the Nurse Manager’s supervision, the aide supports medication administration and patient care for people receiving addiction treatment and behavioral health services. Accurate medication records, inventory, and observation help maintain a safe and supportive environment for recovery.

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain medical records under nurse supervision
• verify patient identity and record medication and administration time
• present or administer medication according to procedures
• may take vital signs or observe and report unexpected reactions
• record and restock medication inventories
• perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
