The Faith-Based Fundraising Consultant role is onsite at Catholic parish client locations, with assignments across the Atlantic Region and temporary relocation possible. Compensation is $65,000–$120,000 per year. CCS Fundraising partners with nonprofits on fundraising programs and mission impact, including campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple parish campaigns
• implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials
• manage, motivate, and train volunteers
• track and analyze fundraising progress
• coach leaders on fundraising practices
• contribute insights on philanthropic trends
• and work with pastors, parish staff, volunteers, donors, and campaign executives. The role requires onsite work Monday through Friday, regular evenings, and occasional weekends based on parish needs.
