The analyst is accountable for accurate employee data and reliable HRIS operations, including system administration, integrations, reporting, and preparation for a future system transition. The role strengthens the data foundation used by HR, payroll, benefits, Finance, and leadership as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Maintain employee records across the employment lifecycle
• define and document HRIS data processes
• run audits, validation, exception reporting, and reconciliations across HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, applicant tracking, and Finance
• administer access, workflows, configuration, integrations, and file feeds
• coordinate with the Paylocity vendor
• troubleshoot and train users
• build HR and payroll reporting
• support HRIS selection, data cleanup, migration, testing, and stabilization
• support future PEO transition data work.
