Community Manager, Manufactured Housing Community

Job overview

The Community Manager works onsite at Remington Arms Estates in Redmond, OR, for $26–$30 per hour, with a one-bedroom, one-bath manufactured home provided and onsite living required. Investment Property Group owns and operates manufactured-home, multifamily, and RV communities.

What you'll do

• Manage daily community operations, staff, resources, budgets, and compliance
• enforce leases and community rules
• oversee move-in applications, rent collection, deposits, delinquent accounts, and reporting
• hire, train, and evaluate staff
• address resident concerns
• coordinate with vendors and local agencies
• and perform light maintenance and cleaning as needed.
