What you'll do

• Assign room sections and priorities

• inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas
• coach team members
• reinforce cleaning and safety procedures
• coordinate room status with the Front Desk
• adjust staffing and assignments based on occupancy and arrivals
• monitor linens, guest supplies, and cleaning materials
• respond to housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints
• inspect rooms for notable guest arrivals
• report maintenance issues and hazards
• maintain inspection and assignment records
• keep carts and storage areas organized.
