Job overview

Corporate Counsel – Contracts is an onsite role in Torrance, CA, with an annual salary range of $130,000–$200,000. OKSI’s counsel supports contracts and broader business operations across the company. The role manages a recurring queue of NDAs and commercial and government-facing agreements, providing practical legal guidance and escalating novel or unusually complex matters to the fractional General Counsel. It also supports routine corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, privacy, vendor, policy, and proposal matters.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate customer, vendor, supplier, services, consulting, teaming, subcontract, licensing, statement-of-work, and amendment agreements. Manage NDAs/MNDAs from intake through signature
• maintain templates, fallback language, and playbooks
• advise on routine legal matters
• review routine government contracts and flowdowns
• identify and escalate matters outside standard positions.
