• ensure vacancies are staffed in coordination with HR
• support performance management, KPI execution, deadlines, and milestones
• assess budgets and identify ways to reduce expenses and improve performance
• maintain regular floor presence and communication with associates
• coordinate training activities
• handle sensitive information and resolve operational issues.
