Maintenance Scheduler

Job overview

The Maintenance Scheduler role is onsite in Sabine Pass, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; overtime may be needed. Compensation is not specified. The scheduler supports maintenance organization planning and safe, reliable facility operations. The role develops and manages structured maintenance schedules so work can be executed efficiently, with workforce time, equipment availability, labor, materials, contractors, and operations coordinated. It also monitors schedule performance and helps resolve constraints to improve maintenance effectiveness and reliability.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize routine maintenance schedules using SAP S/4HANA and Prometheus
• coordinate labor, materials, contractors, equipment, and operations
• manage resource planning, schedule integration, backlog prioritization, and execution planning
• monitor compliance, utilization, and uptime through KPI reporting and trend analysis
• address constraints
• ensure documentation and work comply with applicable requirements
• support outages, inspections, turnarounds, and projects
• collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and contractors.
