What you'll do

• Participate in child observations and developmental checklists
• observe support for individual learning and development
• learn inclusive practices and following IEPs or IFSPs
• assist with daily activities and lesson plans alongside a lead teacher
• support creative expression and children’s social and emotional development
• learn sanitation, supervision, attendance, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and parent communication procedures.
