The Clinic Operations Manager / Practice Administrator works onsite in Lehi, UT, during scheduled business hours; occasional extended hours or weekend support may be required. Compensation is $30 per hour plus a quarterly performance-based bonus. Ultimate Health & Wellness is a growing wellness and aesthetics clinic offering services including IV therapy, phlebotomy, and wellness treatments. The manager builds and improves the clinic’s operational systems while overseeing daily operations, staffing, compliance, inventory, patient experience, and performance reporting. The role supports scalable growth while maintaining effective workflows and a consistent patient experience.

What you'll do

• Manage and support team leads
• coordinate staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and payroll
• help maintain OSHA, HIPAA, state and federal healthcare, and applicable CLIA compliance
• manage inventory and vendors
• monitor patient experience and flow
• track operational and financial indicators
• report KPIs
• develop SOPs and standardize workflows.
