What you'll do

• Set and pursue collision center goals
• prepare or administer the annual operating budget
• comply with applicable regulations
• recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and evaluate associates
• maintain payroll and technician documentation
• build relationships with dealerships, insurers, and customers
• address customer complaints
• maintain facilities and repair records
• oversee accounts receivable, financial records, parts inventory, and operational compliance.
