Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Sikeston, MO, with pay of $20 per hour. Paul Davis Restoration serves communities by responding to property disasters and restoring damaged homes and businesses. Working under the Mitigation Manager, the technician performs restoration and mitigation work after events such as floods and fires. The role contributes to property recovery through field services, equipment care, and customer-focused support; participation in the on-call schedule may be required as necessary.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation according to company and industry specifications
• maintain a clean, stocked truck and company equipment
• assist teammates and with warehouse or facility tasks as needed
• participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
