What you'll do

• Prepare and set up supper
• serve meals and prepare resident trays according to diet cards
• ensure residents receive correct food, beverages, and diet consistencies
• deliver and collect trays and assist with meal requests
• record food temperatures and maintain hot and cold food temperatures
• wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize work areas
• restock supplies
• complete evening kitchen closing duties
• coordinate with nursing staff.
