What you'll do

• Advise engineering and product leaders on team design, hiring plans, performance, and employee relations
• coach managers
• run engineering performance, promotion, and talent review cycles
• partner with Recruiting on hiring plans, role levels, and onboarding
• coordinate with Legal and outside counsel on work authorization, visa renewals, and sponsorship
• support team-change and critical-role plans
• develop manager training materials
• use workforce data to identify issues and propose solutions
• contribute to performance and compensation philosophy and broader People projects.
