What you'll do

• Conduct landowner outreach and support negotiations for easements, options, rights-of-entry, solar leases, purchase agreements, and survey permissions. Research parcels and ownership using GIS, county records, and other platforms
• coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
• maintain acquisition records
• review deeds and title information
• support document execution and recording
• and travel throughout assigned project areas as needed.
