The Registered Nurse (RN) — Night Shift role is onsite in Bismarck, ND, and pays $35.02 or more per hour depending on experience. The nurse provides clinical care that supports residents’ well-being and independence. By administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, documenting care, and communicating significant changes, the RN contributes to safe, coordinated resident care.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and monitor effectiveness
• manage medications, supplies, and equipment
• document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• notify the Clinical Manager, physicians, and family members of significant changes in residents’ conditions and follow up as needed
• treat residents, families, and staff respectfully.

Why this role

Night schedule is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; current North Dakota RN license required; long-term care experience is preferred but not required; bonus up to $25,000.
