What you'll do

• Maintain buildings, systems, common areas, and property assets
• oversee compliance with applicable codes and permit requirements
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, pressure washing, and welding work
• maintain pools, hot tubs, water features, and courts
• identify repair needs and support bidding
• respond to resident service issues
• maintain equipment
• set up for events
• and uphold architectural guidelines.
