What you'll do

• Lead and educate the nursing unit
• direct care from admission through discharge
• supervise CNAs and LPNs
• collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans
• monitor changes in resident condition and respond according to protocol
• reinforce staff clinical competencies
• perform IV insertion and PICC line care
• and initiate care plans and review assessments.
