Service Manager — Commercial HVAC

What you'll do

• Lead direct-expansion installations through commissioning
• perform commercial HVAC service, repair, and diagnostics
• start up and commission chillers, VRF systems, rooftop units, air handling units, and split systems
• program, troubleshoot, and replace VFDs
• work with building controls
• oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily service operations
• recruit, onboard, and develop technicians
• serve as primary customer contact
• track department metrics
• pursue preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts.
