Case Processing Specialist

The role maintains accurate case files and system records, coordinates case-related logistics and scheduling, and provides administrative support while following agency protocols and federal privacy and data-security requirements.

What you'll do

• Process cases and related activities, manage immigration records, and prepare documents
• prepare, review, and maintain complete case files
• update A-files and ICE systems
• enter data accurately and maintain electronic and paper records
• retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials
• maintain case status, scheduling, and tracking records
• generate reports and dashboards
• coordinate dockets, interviews, hearings, removals, and related logistics with ICE personnel and other parties
• support removal documentation and case closure
• provide logistical and administrative support, including after-hours surge support as required.
