What you'll do

• Recruit, train, motivate, schedule, and supervise dietary staff
• ensure food is prepared according to menus and standardized recipes
• procure and store food and supplies
• conduct resident interviews and maintain diet cards
• complete assessments with dietitian consultation as needed
• maintain accurate department records
• support food safety, dietary compliance, and customer satisfaction.
