What you'll do

• Manage brewery operations, including wort production, fermentation, cellaring, filtration, and packaging
• develop the beer portfolio and brand identity
• monitor quality and consistency
• manage cost of goods sold and waste
• maintain raw-material inventory and authorize supply orders
• ensure health and licensing compliance
• prepare production and excise-tax reports
• maintain equipment and production areas
• collaborate on beer pairings, seasonal menus, and events
• and hire, train, supervise, and develop brewery staff.
