What you'll do

• Support project managers, engineering teams, and manufacturing leaders with project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• track milestones for equipment installations, process qualifications, yield improvements, and product ramps
• coordinate meetings and vendors
• document minutes, action items, risks, and follow-ups
• maintain project records and trackers using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and SAP
• escalate schedule risks and resource constraints
• coordinate equipment delivery and installation logistics
• assist with CapEx tracking, purchase requests, and purchase orders
• support engineering change documentation and cleanroom access and safety-training requirements
• prepare status reports and presentations.
