What you'll do

• Read blueprints, drawings, work orders, and sketches
• inspect structural components
• learn submersible motor repair and modifications
• use machines, equipment, and hand tools
• tear down motors and inspect components
• clean and test parts
• prepare and reassemble components through blasting, cleaning, filing, and painting
• collaborate with other departments
• document work in Epicor MES
• maintain an organized workspace.
