The Applied Behavior Analysis Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role is full-time and onsite at a center in Baltimore, MD, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $100,000–$100,000 USD. Ally Behavior Centers provides early intervention ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 6 years, supporting communication, social skills, and preparation for academic success. The supervisor leads client programming and staff development while providing individualized ABA treatment and family support. The role coordinates with behavior technicians and speech and occupational therapists to deliver effective, consistent care and support children’s developmental goals.
What you'll do
- Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate goals and progress to Behavior Technicians
- meet weekly billable-hour requirements
- lead intake meetings
- conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments, including Vineland and CBCL measures, with families
- train and supervise an average caseload of six clients and technicians at capacity
- supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates
- develop parent-training goals and lead meetings
- collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists
- provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy as needed
- attend team meetings
- maintain confidentiality and communication with families and clinical teams.
