Mitigation & Construction Estimator

Job overview

The Mitigation & Construction Estimator role is onsite in Concord, NH. Compensation is $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience. The position joins a restoration team and supports residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects. The estimator develops scopes, estimates, and budgets and helps oversee projects from initial inspection through completion. The role coordinates with property owners, insurance adjusters, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to support accurate project planning and customer service.

What you'll do

• Prepare sketches, floor plans, scopes of work, and estimates using Xactimate
• manage project budgets and cost variances
• coordinate schedules with subcontractors, trades, and project management
• follow jobs through completion
• support mitigation and restoration procedures, inspections, and emergency response
• communicate with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
• identify site conditions and potential environmental hazards.
