What you'll do

• Lead and oversee emergency shelter programs
• supervise shelter Program Directors
• establish operational and performance standards
• monitor staffing, scheduling, guest services, incidents, budgets, contracts, data, and outcomes
• maintain on-site visibility across shelters, including periodic evening, overnight, weekend, and other nontraditional visits
• ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• oversee quality improvement, workforce development, incident response, and community partnerships.
