What you'll do

• Draft, review, and respond to petitions or complaints, motions, and written discovery
• attend hearings and client meetings when requested
• prepare for and attend depositions
• assist with mediation and trial preparation
• handle a variety of civil defense cases. Mediation and trial experience are a plus but not required.
