What you'll do

• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems
• respond to maintenance, custodial, equipment, furniture, and HVAC requests
• coordinate third-party vendors
• maintain grounds
• assess and repair maintenance issues
• maintain work-order and facilities files
• support school events with equipment and setup
• act as campus safety manager for traffic and emergency response
• maintain the emergency preparedness program.
