Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Everett, WA. Pay is $31–$34 per hour. The position supports the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining property facilities, equipment, and grounds while providing service to residents. The role combines hands-on repairs with coordination of maintenance personnel to keep the property safe, clean, and operational. It supports resident service by completing work orders, maintaining common and exterior areas, and escalating major repairs or system upgrades to management.

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, supplies, and staffing
• assign and oversee maintenance duties
• obtain contractor bids and oversee contracted work when needed
• purchase supplies in the supervisor’s absence
• maintain common areas and manage daily garbage removal
• perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• document resident work orders
• notify management of major repairs
• maintain exterior areas and follow safety policies
• supervise staff when the Maintenance Supervisor is absent.
