The Pre-K Lead Teacher role is onsite at DB Bunce Elementary School in Pavilion, NY, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. The part-time schedule follows the school calendar, with morning hours of 7:00–8:45 a.m. and afternoon hours of 2:10–6:00 p.m.; opportunities may be available for either program or both. Healthy Kids Programs provides early learning, before- and after-school, and summer camp programs. The lead teacher facilitates structured, hands-on learning and care for children, supporting their curiosity, creativity, and growth. The role helps maintain a safe, engaging program environment and supports daily operations in accordance with program and school policies.

What you'll do

• Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, group activities, and homework completion
• provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment
• act as a positive role model
• follow state guidelines and program and host-school policies
• support operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
