The Healthcare Operations Manager is an onsite role in Uptown, New Orleans, LA. Compensation is not specified. The manager will establish and lead a growing clinical data team at DelRicht Research, a clinical research company conducting trials intended to support new treatment options and FDA approval of medications and medical devices. The role builds management practices that help the team deliver accurate, timely, audit-ready clinical trial work as study demands and the organization grow. Through coaching, workload planning, recruitment, training, and cross-department collaboration, the manager strengthens coordinator performance and data quality.

What you'll do

• Build workload planning and prioritization practices
• establish performance management, coaching, review, and accountability frameworks
• recruit, onboard, and manage permanent and limited-term hires
• create training and development opportunities
• oversee electronic data capture and partner with Quality Assurance and Central Study Management on audit readiness
• address recurring quality challenges through cross-department problem solving, site training, and verified resolution
• unite clinics and the central team around shared goals.
