What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of personal training managers
• coach club leaders on client engagement, acquisition, and retention
• conduct one-to-one performance meetings
• guide the CrunchOne Kickoff process
• oversee accurate administration and tracking of personal training services
• maintain reports, staffing, and certification records
• respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
• report results and action plans
• conduct weekly club visits and audits
• lead continuing education as assigned.
